Q: Please tell us about your business?

A: We opened Lettie’s, our first business venture, in 2011. Prior to that, we often enjoyed the plethora of quick service restaurants in the Hockessin area but also recognized the lack of options for quality, home-cooked comfort food at reasonable prices. It was then that the idea for Lettie’s was born. We aim to provide our customers, many who dine with us several times a week, with a delicious variety of soups, salads, and complete dinner meals ready to eat in or take out. Of course, it’s our fried chicken that has really made a name for us; Delaware Today recently honored Lettie’s with the Editor’s Choice Award for Best Fried Chicken in Delaware. Continue Reading…
